We are dedicated to providing exceptional construction services to our clients. Our team of experienced professionals loves making structures that are high-quality, useful, and nice to look at.
After the construction is completed and all left-over construction debris and materials have been removed from the property a project manager will conduct a quality inspection with the homeowner to better ensure that components have been completed; ensuring that the homeowner is satisfied. Once this is completed a project manager will submit completion photos and final invoicing to the insurance carrier and submit a request for the recoverable depreciation so the claim file can be closed by the Insurance company
If the Roofing system has qualifying damages, such as hail impacts, wind damages, or has been compromised by other storm related damage- your Insurance Provider will need to be contacted and a Claim will need to be created to continue with the restoration process.
After the claim has been filed, your Insurance Provider will assign an Insurance Adjuster to inspect your property for the reported damages. Not all Insurance Adjusters are qualified construction experts (more like “bean counters”) for roofing system components. 70% of all filed claims are greatly underpaid by Insurance Carriers at the initial approval of the claim. We will be there for you!
After the claim has been reviewed a scope of work will be emailed to the insured. The typical answers are full replacement, partial replacement, repairs or denial. Any of the last three answers are never the end of the process. If approved a project manager will go over the scope of work with the homeowner and conduct a plan to get you restored to pre-storm conditions.
Once the materials and date are decided the repairs of the property will be conducted. The team will tarp off your landscaping and start stripping the old roof down to the decking. A project manager will thoroughly inspect the roof for any unseen or hidden
damages that may need to be supplemented to the carrier. All trash will be hauled off and magnet swept for nails and debris. The build process typically takes one day to complete.
